I suppose it was a stupid question. My concern was overloading people, something I think I did to the alpha community.
I will make the beta release today. It will contain the "stuff" necessary to support the crowd-sourced translations. I don't expect that to have any effect at all, but it is possible that some dialogs were changed inadvertently.
