I hadn't noticed, but Alf did not work on the KF OR the other two I just downloaded today as well (both from Kindle). I did confirm that my download prior to that (9/26) worked just fine.

Update: I just updated calibre, downloaded the latest Alf plugin, and then readded my Kindle books and they now work just fine.
