I use model names to avoid confusion.

Once a year, you're allowed to wipe the slate clean by deauthorizing all devices and starting all over. That'll eliminate devices no longer being used. Then add active devices back one at a time, changing the device name before proceeding to the next one.

If you deauthorize all devices, you have to wait 365 days before you can do it again. If you deauthorize just one device, you have to wait 30 days before you can use that slot again.
