Called again today and got a call back from someone at the actual claims administrator.

I was told today the claim numbers for the AG Settlement are the same for the Apple settlement, so I was able to do the check request for Kobo.

Also, I was misinformed the last time. All of the places where books were purchased can potentially be part of this new settlement. So All Romance Ebooks/Omni Lit and Penguin.com may be included. I was also able to file a new claim for the books I purchased at Borders. (I did not file a separate claim the last time because I was told Kobo would take care of it, which was incorrect).

If anyone failed to claim books in time for the last settlement, you have until October 31 to file a new claim under this settlement.
