Hi,
as i mentioned in other thread you could the latest update (1.6.4). It has already working export of annotations (Neo Reader merges highlightings and scribbles in a xxx.PDF document in a new xxx.export.pdf) . Very soon export of citations and comments in a new text file will follow.
