Hi, I spend a lot of time on Mobileread but mostly as a lurker (so thank you to everyone who posts all the great information here).

I saw your post and have to ask about it because I'm also in the US and would love to order the H2O. I looked at the return policy at chapters.indigo.ca and it says "Kobo eReaders must be returned to one of our Chapters, Indigo or Coles stores." Have you ever had to return an ereader?
