I just got an eMail from Kobo that was a slightly re-worded version of the confirmation letter they sent September 1 when I ordered my h2o. It did not give any information about ship date, carrier, when delivery should be expected except to say shipping would be 7 to 10 days after the purchase just as the original purchase verification said. I don't know what this means but it is the first message from Kobo about the h2o since the first.
