No it doesn't. But if their processor doesn't have SSE2, they've frankly been done with Sigil since before 0.7.x.x anyway. I believe even 0.6.x had to be tweaked and custom compiled to get around SSE2 shortcomings ... then something in Qt5 made it all but impossible to work without SSE2.
I'm not interested in trying to incorporate machine tests into the installer. If you have XP SP3 and the 0.7.x versions of Sigil worked for you in the past, there's a good chance this version of 0.8.0 will work as well. If the 7 series of Sigil
didn't work on your machine, this build isn't going to do any new magic.
