I've owned a K3, K4, PW1 & currently a PW2. While I have enjoyed them all and each was more or less and upgrade from the previous model, the cost was small enough (especially with a trade-in) I didn't think twice about upgrading.

But for me the Voyage cost vs. value ratio is just too high to justify upgrading. I love my PW2 and it is clearly the best kindle I've owned but when I bought it last year I felt the $140 cost (WiFi, no SO) was about the limit I would pay for an e-reader and I still feel that way today. If the Voyage would have been offered at around $150 I would have ordered one but at $220 I feel it is over-priced and will just stick with my PW2.

The 25% reduction in battery life is also very disappointing to me.

Of course if Amazon were to offer a significantly higher trade-in for the PW2 or if the reviews of the Voyage are over the top great I'll probably be temped to at least order one and try it but for now now plans to upgrade.
