Thank you both gbm and BetterRed, but neither of your solutions seemed to work.
I had already tried the temp folder solution without success, and what I find strange is that this error only shows for ->kepub. And yes, it's all book conversions, also mobi->kepub. I am starting to think this may be the plugin fault, but still, other users didn't mention anything.
