I exported a document in epub 2.0 format from InDesign and opened it in iBooks and all of the links within the document correctly caused me to jump to the associated pages. But when I opened it in Calibre, about half of the links were no longer color coded and were dead. Others were still OK. Is it a problem in the epub code, or in Calibre? I had previously run it through an online epub checker which gave it a passing grade. How do I fix this?
