OK, then that is the problem. Somehow the text of that dialog box has been lost.
The CC dialogs that allow column selection require having connected at least once as a wireless device to calibre 2.1+ to get the descriptions of the columns available. The dialog you are looking at was intended to tell you that. Clearly it doesn't.
I will look at the code tomorrow AM when my brain is more engaged.
