Yes, they are Android apps.
Thank you very much for posting that link. I was able to take advantage of a lot of them. Some of them I had already purchased (and folks should take advantage of the M-Secure one).
Some don't work with my Nooks but I got them anyway because sooner or later I'll have a device that they can be used on, and I wanted to take advantage of the offer.
