Hi all, I just picked up a cheap KPW2 from ebay which is a demo model.
Are there any options for me to erase and install standard software on this?
I bought it thinking it would be pretty straightforward....but it isn't!
Firstly, the drive shows as no media in Windows Drive Manager, so must assume that there is no FAT32/NTFS partition on this device. Also the settings option is greyed out on the kindle, so looks as though even if I get the .bin on the device thru linux, I can't run an update etc through the device itself.
Is it possible to format and reinstall the software through Linux etc?
