Well, Molly is now fully developed - and even though she might still be innocent in some ways she is no stranger to mental attacks and countering those any more. I wouldn't be so sure to know who would get more damaged - Molly or Thomas. If they would get it on, one of them would for sure die. Molly still has to tell her parents the big secret - I think thtat will go over really well with Michael or Charity. So lets not complicate things with sexual relationships.
