Calibre Errors

I have been adding some new files to my Kindle Fire HDX 8.9. They're in Word format. The majority of files on my Kindle are in Word format and I've never had a problem. What's happening is:

1. I add the file through Calibre but when I try to send it to my device I get an error message:

"error1920, 'CreateFile', 'The file cannot be accessed by the system.').

Sometimes if I try to save the file a second time it will actually save, but mostly not.

2. I'm unable to delete these files from my Calibre program.

3. When I try to save my Calibre library, I have had the following errors:

calibre, version 2.1.0
ERROR: Unhandled exception: error1920, 'CreateFile', 'The file cannot be accessed by the system.')

calibre 2.1 isfrozen: True is64bit: False

and also...

*in fact I just now tried to Copy the Library and usually I have 441 authors saved and I now only have 67.

4. When I try to save the library to a backup file by saving to disk, I also get the following error which has been between 114 and 158 pages long:

calibre, version 2.3.0
WARNING: Could not save some books: Could not save some books, Click the show details button to see which ones.

id:293

...and so on.....

If anyone is able to help I would be very grateful.
