I agree, I found that creating a virtual library using the results from running the QC search (search expression was already entered into the "Create Virtual Library Field) I then was able to select all instances and ran the fix for swapping the names, since the results were isolated in the virtual library rather then just "marked" in the main library all the results were not a mixed bag, but in a consistent format.
Worked like a Charm

Now just looking for a quick way of visually comparing the contents of duplicate books to be able to remove the poorly formatted ones from the Retail-Like quality. Current I am viewing every entry and checking to see if they have properly formatted ToC and that the contents of a book are as retail like as possible and marking that in custom columns. in order to remove poorly formatted duplicates. I use the plug in to "Find Duplicates" to isolate the duplicates.. but it is a slow process,
I had to restore from a very old backup zip that was all messed up. I had lost all due to a HDD failure and a newer backup file was corrupted

Originally I manually fixed and correct each item which took me the better part of a year to do this and would rather not spend that amount of time on this again to recreate it.
I have been finding a lot of new ideas with the help of some very good people here on Mobilereads
