I found it. It was behind the couch, socialising with some largish mutant cockroachs and munching on some very old pizza crusts, and bathing happily in the warm irradiating glow of an old briefcase-size nuclear reactor I was once trying to modify into a superfast deep-fryer (I wanted instant fission-chips). It doesn't seem unduly affected by the experience.
