The only bugs I've had so far was when I was using Spotlight on my 5S and the screen went grayscale. But that happened only one time so far. My Fleksy keyboard always pops up while I'm using my Clamcase on the iPad too.
Otherwise I've happily installed 90+ apps with no issues.
iPhone 6 ready apps go full screen on the iPad now too.
