Well, while this is possibly true, it is definitely not certainly true. It is very common for people to go online post negative reviews or complaints whenever they have problems or issues with a product or an app or whatever. It is not nearly as common for people to randomly logon to forums and post "Hey, no problems today, everything is working perfectly for me!"

So, this means you see lots of posts from people that are experiencing problems and it may be quite a lot of people, but it may still be a tiny percentage of the total population of users that are experiencing this issue. You may see a hundred, maybe even a few hundred people experiencing a problem. I can almost guarantee you are not seeing the thousands or tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of people who are experiencing no issues whatsoever, because most just don't post. Why would they? They're not experiencing any issues.

JSWolf's experiences may be atypical or they may be normal. I don't believe anyone on here has enough detailed knowledge of the problem as a whole to make that assumption. If his experience is atypical, then mine is as well, because I too have used the Nook for PC application for a number of years and have never experienced the issues with crashes, lockups, and error codes listed here. For those of you that have, I am truly sorry for your issues.
