Exactly. If they've never realised they may have a choice - why would they lobby for improvements? Many people who go straight from paper to Kindle, not trying other e-readers (or twigging that they even exist), may not really realise how font choice and typography can make big difference to some people's reading experience. It may take a groundswell of people offering feedback before anything will be done (if at all).
