Nook Study can be installed to wine with no problems. Ether in a separate 32 or 64 bit wineprefix or the base wine prefix.
Nook for PC can be installed using
Play on Linux, it has to be installed in a 32 bit playonlinux wineprefix using wine 1.4.1.
