I just got off the phone with Kobo's Customer Loyalty Program people. No wonder we've never heard of it, all it is is them trying to sell you the ARC 19 tablet at a supposedly discounted price of $240 instead of $400.

That may be of interst to some of you, but all I want is an e-reader that works. Is Kindle ant better than Kobo?
