Today I made serial adapter working, I modified adapter and added a AA battery for 1.8V VCC, serial port finally working.

Thanks for friend above, my Kindle is Kindle Touch ( K5), SN:B011 XXXX XXXX XXXX. Firmware Ver. 5.3.7(2004410010).

I tried to format disk to fix readonly problem, but not working.
