If you mean in the Library GUI - I overcome that with
Preferences->Look and Feel->Icon Size =
Off and
Preferences->Look and Feel->Show text under icons =
Always 
The icon is in the PI zip, if you replace it you'll have to do it again when its updated - so you wouldn't want to be doing it to a fast changing PI like FFDL
