Synchronising all books between 2 different kobo's ?

I have a Glo and a Aura-HD and I would all books on the readers the same, so 20 books on my Glo and the same 20 books on my Aura-HD.
When I use calibre, I can see wich books are on my Glo.
But when I hook up my Aura HD next to the Glo on another USB-port of the computer, I can't compare what books are on the different devices.
You will only see one device in Calibre.
Is it just as simple as it looks, go to the internal drive of the Glo (lets say drive F ) and copy all books to the internal drive of the Aura-HD that is allso hooked up on the computer, lets say drive G and the Aura-HD will update the database itself ??
I could try, but I am afraid to destroy the database if books where put on memory without the kobo software or Calibre.
