Then I would notice it to the Library,they normally can edit the book as they put the DRM on it depending on the time you loan it.
There is a patch for the firmware that completely disable all css rules, (Ignore book internal CSS stylesheet) but that ruines every layout of every book, so it is not the best one to enable,it will help you on this book,but destroys the lay-out of all the other ones, you could enable the patch for just that one book,and return it unpatched when finished. But patching the firmware is not so easy if you have never done that.

If you gonna patch the firmware, you have to enable the patch Ignore book internal CSS stylesheet found in librmsdk.so.1.0.0.patch of the patch set.

If you are really sure your book was scalable,you can go back to the previous firmware, but then be careful,because if not patched,you will be upgraded again when U use wifi sync or the Kobo desktop software.
