Take a look at the reader you are using now, is it doing ok? Mine is doing pretty much ok but its having some issues (once every month or so it gets hanged up somewhere and I need to reboot it) so I think it makes sense to have a second newer model around in case it quits, I really really hate to be without some book to read so a second may make sense.
