Unfortunately it doesn't help as calibre is inconsistent (eg. calibre3 can either have a title or body, so you can't give it general formatting). The book I referred to defines only "Sans-serif" as font family, and I can change font, but I had a book defining "Times New Roman" as font family, and I was unable to change font, though it was on a 6xx version of koreader, so it might have changed, I will check it.
(Though it is good to know, that I can upload CSS, somehow I haven't thought it works like fonts.)
