It's hung? Or has it recovered? If you need to do a factory reset and can't get to the menu, the steps are:

- Hold the power button down for 20 seconds to make sure it is off
- Turn it on.
- Tap both bottom corners of the screen at the same time. Do it a few times until something happens.

I'm not sure of the exact timing for this. You might need to try a few times to get it right.

These are also the steps for a Mini.
