Not exactly. You can tell FFDL to keep the category (or fandom) list in the same order as the site shows it, but that's it.

The extratags parameter is exactly that: someplace to put a few extra tags that you want added. The extratags feature predates the features for setting custom columns--it may predate the calibre plugin version entirely.
