Automate USBNetworking Commands

After jailbreaking the K3 and installing the USBNet, you must physically type in ;debugon and ~usbnetwork on the Kindle. What I am trying to figure out is if it is possible to run a script of some sort on CentOS to run those commands. Or is there another way to automatically enable USB network without having to type in the commands??

I was hoping xdotool would work but I would need terminal access in the Kindle before I could use xdotool.

Has anyone been able to automate this process??

Thanks
