I tried a contest code in the French store and, surprise surprise, it didn't work either
Between that and the fact that (only) two books that have bought aren't available whatever the format is -and Kobo keeps repeating this issue is with the publisher, yet months later nothing is solved- I'm starting to wonder why I keep on shopping there. I love Kobo devices though
