1- I was able to download my (Fictionwise) titles via the Nook for Android App on my Fire HD tablet. (Very fast--I may have been the only person downloading at the time.
) They imported fine into Aldiko. (Plus, I have disinfected backups.) I need not deal with B&N ever again. Not that I ever dealt much with them anyway.
2- I can't get into the US nook ebook site at all on my tablet. I can get fine into the UK site. I have no books there, of course. I'm not in the mood to go fire up the PC.
3- It is probably another glitch, the likes of which they are having too many for my taste.
Edit: tried again and was able to force it to give me the Nook site instead of redirecting it to B&N.com.
