I support a few of these for my employer.
The Sony help is non-existant.
There is not much online either.
Finding this forum has been great.
Being able to contribute must mean I'm learning something.
Still have the problem of having eBook Library v2.3 which has not being released to the public, yet anyway (online). So some issues still outstanding.
