Further to my adventures with trying to get Calibre 2.3 running under Windows 8.1 VM.
I have iTunes installed and the iPad shows up there happily.
Starting Calibre and running Debug Device Detection I get the "No suitable MTP device found", despite it detecting the iPad.
How do I get it to behave?
