I am in the middle of reading a book and the margins are so distracting. I am so sad now. It was nice to read with before. I compared the margins with the kindle app and its not almost as wide as its narrow setting. Closer to the narrow than the normal setting. This is awful.

So sorry to hear it's so messed up. makes me feel bad for even posting the update news.
if you backed up the app before you updated you could just re-install the backup or if someone here has a backup of the apk for the version you liked.
You don't even need to root in order to do this, just need a really good file manager app on your device
