@Tanjamuse - I prefer not to have any original_xxxx formats in the library book folders because they confuse me. If I want to keep the True Original I keep it outside of the library with its original name and any DRM and put a link to it in my Notes column.

If I want to save a copy of a what's there now while I'm doing something like Polish, Modify, Embed, Edit etc -- in case I make a mistake -- I Send [the relevant format file] To the desktop, from the book folder.
