Plugboards only control the metadata fields in the book. Collections are handled by the device database. There is an option in the device driver for the Sony. It should be creating them as the default setting IIRC.

Yes.

When I added some books to my Sony yesterday they showed up in the in the collections "All Books in Order by Title" and "All Books in Order by Author" (something I thought I had set up via a plugboard). However, they did not show up in the collections of the series name or the tags (in this case contemporary).

I thought it was due to something in the plugboard, but if not (and I can see I was wrong) how do I fix the issue?
