If it (the 90% code) came from a "We've missed you" email message it is almost certainly single use. I had one of those a couple of months ago, and I was able to use it several times by multi-tabbing - I got several $70+ textbooks I wanted, yee-ha. But I was not able to use it again on my account or on either my husband's or my son's accounts. So it was single use.

Bummer - although my "to buy" list is basically empty of the inexpensive stuff, I do have a bunch of more expensive books waiting...
