There were a lot of sex scenes and the h/h jump into bed less than an hour after they meet.
I don't read the Guild Hunter series so I can't comment on how it compares, but I'm under the impression that is more of an urban fantasy series, so again this book is very different. I think the second half was much stronger than the first half, so even if you start out not liking it you may end up doing so.
Probably very valid points re: her PN fans vs. NA or contemporary fans.
When the next KC rolls around I'll probably grab it then. [it's self published right?]
