I would like to ask for advice regarding arabic/persian books

In those languages they read from right to left and start where we have our end. All of you are probably aware about that

What about ebooks? How is an e-book in arabic formed? Do they scroll from right to left and start at the "end" there too?

Anyone that ever created an arabic ebook, please give me advice!
