I did something similar for my physical library which I had catalogued in an Excel spreadsheet, wrote a macro to create a command file that did the calibredb adds as you have it, including the ISBN where I had it.

If you can get a text file or a csv out of Delicious you should be able to massage it with a text editor to create a similar list of commands.
