I was hoping they would talk more about iOS 8. But, I guess the already covered that.

I want to replace my iPhone 5 with a 6 now. I really miss NFC (an old android phone I had included it which worked grate with google wallet). Possible do it over christmas, upgrade the whole family, they are on the 4S.

I also think not allowing the watch to work stand alone and supporting Android is going to limit sales quite a bit. Although, I think there are about 500 million phones sold lifetime. So, if they sell 50 million watches over 3 years they might be happy.
