Collections issue
I have a friend who has a Kindle Touch. She sideloads most of her eBooks and has some collections she's made. The last time she bought an eBook from Amazon and downloaded it to the Kindle, the collections were removed. The eBooks were still loaded, but no more collections.

So how does she create her own collections and keep them when she goes to buy an eBook from Amazon?
