Now that's odd I got all my books from that place and only had two arrive damage in the 7 years I lived in TN. Now I have not ordered any books yet here in Raleigh. Hubby ordered all his textbooks from Amazon brand new and they arrived safely. The books I did get were always shrinked wrapped though except the two they were in padded envelope and who ever put in it got the cover caught and bent it.
