I don't know if you still haven't found the solution. I recently updated my blog entry about
http://mbarabasz.wordpress.com/2013/...e-page-turner/ there is a new version of the app available on github. Give it a try and let me know if it works for you. This version of app works greate with bluetooth shutter - also mentioned in the blog.
