RE: TelephonyProvider.apk and Phone.apk, those are required processes for certain apps. Meaning some apps are dependent on them to properly function. However, if it is helping battery life, then good job in removing them.

I did use a wifi toggle but that doesn't help when wifi turned itself off within a minute of turning it on even if it was in use. This happened at home, on vacation, and at work so it was three different wifi accesses that didn't work.
