Preferences > Run in Debug Removed?

For a while, calibre had a 'Run in Debug' option on the Preferences drop down menu. I don't see it there anymore.

Is that option still available in the GUI anywhere? If not, could be re-added?

It's a lot easier to get debug output from plugin users if I don't have to explain about running calibre-debug -g from command line.
