Guess what I had done to get that line? But, it doesn't work. I dropped the file into 1.48 and unpacked it. That showed

I assume that the line is being added by the extraction routine that calibre uses.

I converted the file back to epub using the site. It had:

That makes more sense. The site probably only updates every few months and it would make sense to not go to v2 for a while.
